I took my car to this auto body shop after it got some unfortunate scratches and dents from a parking mishap. I was a bit nervous about how it would turn out, but their service truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was professional and really took the time to understand the issues with my vehicle. They provided a detailed estimate, which was very transparent and fair. One of the highlights was their incredible customer service; they patiently answered all my questions and even gave tips on how to maintain my car's exterior. The turnaround time was about what I expected, and they kept me in the loop the whole time. When I picked up my car, it was like it had never been touched! The paint matched perfectly, and the overall finish was immaculate. I did wish they had a more comfortable waiting area, as I had to spend some time there while waiting for the work to be completed. Nevertheless, the quality of the repairs more than made up for it. I can confidently say that I will be returning here for any future body work needs, and I’ll also be telling friends and family about this gem of a shop.
